- Always seek permission prior to submitting CVs

- Maintain contact and offer support and advice whenever required

- Liaise with clients to monitor performance and ensure mutual satisfaction

- Settle invoices within 30 days of receipt

- Accurately match candidates to client requirements, ensuring only suitably qualified candidates are submitted

- Check references on preferred candidates prior to submission

- Liaise with clients throughout recruitment process to monitor progress

- Maintain regular contact and proactively manage client needs

- Monitor consultant performance to ensure satisfaction

- Submit invoices in accordance with client procedures as specified in the contract
